August 2, Concentration Camp Dachau

Home

On the way home from the Alps today, we stopped for two hours at the concentration camp, Dachau, near Munich.  It was a day for education, learning and rememberance.  For many of the German and American students, it was a sobering experience to be inside an actual one of these camps and to try to understand the horrors of the 3rd Reich.
